I Don't Understand!
I don't get how this thing got such good reviews (I think it's the white version of this but I see it's the exact same design and diameter). My incense sticks seem like the typical length but all the ashes fall outside of the holder!! The incense is upright yet 98% of the ashes fall outside of it! I'll keep it since I like its simple design and "bargain price" but I'll need to put it on something to catch the ashes.
