I ordered a bathrobe and a coffee mug for my wife as Christmas presents. I had no trouble placing the order but then a few days later I received an email that the mug was out of stock. Disappointed I searched for another mug but then I would be charged shipping as I would need to spend more even though I had already spent enough on the previous order. So sadly I figured I would go without a mug from your store. Then today I get an email asking me to review the mug as if I had received it. I was shocked. My wife loves your store and we had planned on ordering some new furniture to update our house in the new year but since this experience I find it difficult to want to do more business with your store. Perhaps it would be a gesture of kindness to just send me the mug before Christmas? I think someone needs to review your automated responses because as my title suggests this is ridiculous!!
