The Holy Sheet from Great Jones is a half-sheet pan (18.5 x 13.5 x 1 in / 47 x 34.5 x 2.5 cm) made from aluminized steel with a ceramic non-stick coating, oven-safe up to 450°F (220°C). It is designed for baking, roasting, and everyday meal prep, and is dishwasher-friendly, though hand washing is recommended to preserve the coating. Product Insights
The Great Jones Holy Sheet Colourful Sheet Pan delivers even, edge-to-edge baking and nonstick release without parchment or grease, thanks to its aluminized steel core and ceramic coating free of PTFE, PFOA, PFAS, lead, and cadmium. Its steel rods prevent permanent warping under high heat, and its vibrant design doubles as oven-to-table servingware. However, buyers report the coating can peel in flakes when baked near 450°F or exposed to high heat, metal utensils, or abrasive cleaners, and shipping delays can exceed three weeks. Priced at 79 CAD, it outpaces budget pans in performance and aesthetics but requires careful use to preserve the coating.

Customer service and delivery complaints
Was searching Reddit for information about this company, because I ordered two baking sheets for a Christmas present and haven't received them. FedEx is a black hole with no estimated delivery date. Great Jones replied to my inquiry with an auto-response that their five-member team can't handle the orders and response time is 7 to 14 days. Haven't heard a word. Order is going on three weeks. Took my money with no product delivered and no communication. I finally filed a complaint with my state's AG tonight. Run far from this company.

Owner praises Holy Sheet and company customer service
I have the Dutchess, Holy Sheet, and Deep Fry. I like them because I accidentally cracked my Dutchess and they replaced it no questions asked. It high quality stuff for a fair rather than extortionate price.

Critique of colorful non-stick sheet pans
I'm not paying that much for a sheet pan just because it's a color. Also, I don't want non-stick coatings on my sheet pans because they often go into very hot ovens. Also, they look like cafeteria lunch trays.
