Bought this belt because the casual worn-in look, which is not actually as pictured. The belt - while completely fine and useable - actually looks brand new and is quite stiff. Not quite what I expected, but hopefully will get to the same look as the photo with use over time.

Maybe I’m a dummy but I’m a 32 waist so I ordered a size 32 belt. Size was way off. Not a huge deal but I tried to exchange it for the proper size and was told I would have to pay extra to return it and then just re-order another belt. Exchange policy could use some work
