Glad I read the reviews
Nice jacket, well made but as reviewed by another customer it has a trim fit. My only issue is that for me the sleeves are slightly long. A trip to my seamstress solves that problem.
Liddesdale Heritage Jacket
Love the jacket and great purchasing experience with Simons. One thing that needs to be clarified for this listing is that this is the Heritage version of this jacket which means it’s slim fitting and will prevent layering depending on the size you buy. Simon’s customer service (great experience) couldn’t confirm this was the Heritage (they told me it was the non-Heritage) but some image sleuthing convinced me it was. Just word to the wise because the non-Heritage is a much more relaxed fit (follow sizing from Barbour’s website). I wanted the Heritage so it all worked out for me but Simons needs to out this in the title for the jacket.

Disappointing quality and poor fit of Heritage Liddesdale
Having owned a regular Liddesdale, the Heritage Liddesdale is my single most disappointing Barbour coat. The material is stiffer and doesn't feel as good quality as the regular Liddesdale. The cut and fit is worse as well, with too long sleeves for the body, the collar not feeling or falling as nicely, and the unflattering tailored cut not flattering anyone below 6'7 in height.
