PU lining is soft and durable, bag otherwise perfect
I tried to stop loving it when I found out about the pu lining but my spouse correctly realized I was still fixated and got me one for Christmas. The lining is so soft and realistic that I had to double-check to be sure it wasn't lambskin. Durability has been fine and honestly have come to appreciate that spills (and general filth) aren't going to permeate the leather. Sorry to report she's otherwise kind of perfect.

Obsession with the leather, zippers, and bag charms
Be prepared, the obsession has no end and the bags looks cute with a Labubu. I bought the Acne Camero Party bag a couple of months ago and every time I take that bag out (at least a couple of days a week) I can't stop touching the leather. The leather will get better with age. And I'm still so in love with all the zippers (and how many opportunities I have with this bag to use bag charms). It's the most expensive bag I own (and probably one of the few that I paid full price for) but so worth it.

I have the same bag (it's my only purchase so far this year), and I’m still extremely happy with it. I like that you mentioned that Marc Jacobs bag, because back in the day I was obsessed with it, definitely because of how nice the leather felt to touch. Leather wear after first use and poor customer service
Had a very bad experience: don't get me wrong, love the bag, but you have to be very careful with the leather. Already after the first use (the bag was rubbing a button of my jacket) it did show wear. The costumer service is very inpolite. Still love the style but a bag that costs 1900€ should be handling a button without showing damage. And for 1900€ I expect a costumer service that offers solutions. So, should you think about buying it: know, that you should be careful while wearing
