I also purchased mine from Flannels, and wore it for my wedding: it did the same thing. I re-glued the magnet back onto the correct side! Flannels said they only have a 6-month warranty so couldn't do anything about it, but the glue worked perfectly! Until the strings then broke and I can no longer wear it tehe, I wish Westwood jewellery was better.
