(My review is for the 18L version) So I bought the 18L bag to run commute and it has been great so far!! I bought this a few weeks ago and wanted to try it out for a few runs before giving it a review. I was in the same position where I could not find any reviews (except a YouTube video). I ended up going to an ON store near me so I could see it in person and ask questions about it. I live in NYC and generally run 3-4 miles from work to home. I rarely have more than my laptop (13ish in), whatever work clothes I changed out of, and maybe a small purse/toiletries bag. I immediately loved this bag. I was using the Nike commute bag before and to me, it just doesn’t work well for females. For this backpack, once you get the straps right I had no issues with bounce. You’re able to really really strap down everything tight, which I really appreciate. I think if you did long runs with this, the top of the straps may bother some people, but for me it’s not an issue for my short run commutes. I’m taking it out for a run today and it’s supposed to rain…so we’ll see how it holds up with water.
