I got the SAXX sports and as someone who usually suffers from extreme chafing I can attest that they do an excellent job of preventing discomfort and I can now do 6 day hikes without having to lather my gooch in Vaseline. I’ve swapped out most of my old underwear for Saxx.

Saxx fit better and outlast ExOfficio, though quality may be declining
Never used their boxers, but I'm assuming it's the same materials. I would get several years out of each pair of Saxx. They fit better than any exofficio I've owned. Every pair of exofficio I've owned had developed really bad static cling and became rough to the touch...Saxx never did that, and retained its antimicrobial-ness longer. Haven't bought a pair in a few years, so maybe quality went down, like most good items...they'll slowly cheapen them over time to increase profit margin (or after they're bought out by a massive conglomerate).

Vibe and Quest models develop holes at the ballpark seam
Unfortunately, having owned SAXX underwear now for 2 to 3 years now, I can tell you that they are not durable at all. I've had 8 pairs develop a hole right at the seam where "the ball park" starts at the back. Once the hole forms the underwear is finished. This has happened with Vibe and Quest underwear and I suspect it does not matter what style.

Lighter color Vibe Xtra weigh less, improving trail comfort
Get the grey or pink pair. These color dyes weigh 2 grams less in xl than the darker colored. Your trail mileage and comfort will increase.
