Criticism of thin material and annoying branding on RL boxers
I’ve almost given up on Ralph Lauren when it comes to basics. The undershirts are paper thin and shrink if you look at them wrong. The boxers are thin and poorly made. I’ve been on some jersey boxers with the elastic waistband for a while - but I can’t stand that my waistband says R A L P H L A U R E N x 10 all the way around. I’ve been looking at the single purchase pairs (the ones not in the 3 or 6 packs) with the single button fly and the emblem at the middle of the waistband, but feeling them at Macys made me realize they are thin also. I’m searching for the thick, well sewn button fly RL pairs I had in the late 90s (but I’ll be damned if I buy vintage boxers).
