Product Insights
The Drawn Flowers Kitchen Mat 45 X 150 Cm by Simons Maison, priced at 28 CAD and available in stock, offers viscoelastic foam cushioning for hard floors, a feature rare at this sale price, but comes with several tradeoffs: the foam backing provides only partial grip and may slide on smooth surfaces; the printed floral pattern may wear with heavy traffic or abrasive cleaning; it lacks non-slip and fireproof certifications found on pricier runners; the mat may emit a temporary chemical smell and off-gas VOCs upon first use, though airing neutralizes it; and the foam backing traps moisture, requiring thorough drying after cleaning to prevent mold. This mat is suitable for tile and hardwood but not for constantly wet floors.
Verified claims
- Cushioning
- Viscoelastic foam cushions hard floors, a feature rare at this sale price.
- Traction
- Foam backing provides partial grip but may slide on smooth surfaces.
- Odor
- May emit temporary chemical smell upon first use; airing neutralizes it.
- Slip resistance
- Viscoelastic backing provides some grip on tile and hardwood but is not marketed as non-slip, so it may shift on smooth floors.
- Pattern durability
- Printed pattern may wear with heavy traffic or abrasive cleaning.
- Safety certifications
- Omits non-slip and fireproof certifications found on pricier Decochic runner.
- Surface performance
- Provides some grip on tile and hardwood but unsuitable for constantly wet floors.
- Care
- Viscoelastic foam backing can retain moisture, so dry the mat thoroughly after cleaning or splashes to prevent mold.
- Off-gassing
- New mats may off-gas VOCs; airing out for a few days eliminates the smell.
- Easy care
- The mat is designed for easy care and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
- Anti-fatigue support
- Compared with flat vinyl runners, the viscoelastic foam backing brings an anti-fatigue-like benefit without pushing into a higher price bracket.
- Color and width feedback
- A buyer liked the mat but found the ivory color too pale and would have preferred a beige or ecru shade and about 10 cm more width.

| Drawn Flowers Kitchen Mat 45 X 150 Cm: Choose this for a kitchen runner that adds charm while standing up to daily use: it wipes clean with a damp cloth, and its vinyl build with viscoelastic foam backing is designed to feel soft and comfortable underfoot on hard floors. The 45 by 150 centimeter (18 by 59 inches) rectangular mat features hand-drawn floral motifs in medium gray on a soft ivory background with a contrasting edge trim, so it suits shoppers who want a decorative, easy-care accent. Note that it is a slim vinyl mat, listed at about 1.6 millimeters thick, rather than a thick cushioned rug.[1,2,3] | Delicate Flowers Kitchen Mat 45 X 150 Cm: Choose this if you want a narrow 18 by 59 inch (45 by 150 cm) kitchen runner with a delicate watercolor-style floral print of small flowers in muted beige, mauve, olive green, and brown tones on a pale pink background. Made of vinyl (polyvinyl chloride) with a viscoelastic foam backing intended to feel soft and comfortable on hard floors, it wipes clean with a damp cloth for easy care. The comfort feel is the stated purpose rather than a reported user experience, so keep that in mind if cushioning is your priority.[4,5,6] | Warm-Tone Flowers Kitchen Mat 45 X 150 Cm: Choose this if you want an easy-care vinyl kitchen mat with a cheery warm-tone floral print that wipes clean with a damp cloth — reviewers report spills are handled effortlessly and the vibrant pattern brings a spring-like feel. Its ultra-thin profile lies nearly flush with the floor, which reviewers appreciate in busy areas as a trip-hazard reducer. Note the cushioning is moderate rather than plush — best for short tasks, not all-day standing — and the 45 x 150 cm (18 x 59 inch) size runs narrow, so measure your space first.[7] |

Beau tapis
Je l'aime bien, mais je trouve qu'il est un peu trop pâle. Un beige ou écru serait bien et peut-être 10cm de plus large.
