Advice to return if not completely in love, impractical carry
If you are having second thoughts, return it. A bag should bring you joy, not doubt. Personally, it’s not for me. I don’t find it easy to carry a bag under my arm like how they show the model wearing it and the strap on this bag isn’t practical either. But that said, bags are so very personal. You should listen to your gut.

Mixed feelings: love the look but disappointed with thin, delicate leather
Honestly I was expecting thicker and more durable leather and that there would be some structure at least at the base. When I picked it up I was like wow, this is so delicate and floppy. It’s nice weight wise for wearing under the shoulder. & I think floppy can be durable, I have a Bottega bag that’s very floppy but it’s thick durable leather. This just feels so thin 🥲 I will say I did not buy it out of fomo, when I saw these I was instantly in love. I just love the look. This was my first “new” Coach purchase, for context. I have a handful of vintage Coach.

Love the bag but kisslock fails when overstuffed
I love mine. It’s so silly. The only minor irritation that I found is that if it is over stuffed (I used mine as an overnight bag once) the kiss lock doesn’t stay …ah… kissed and the bag can spring open at inopportune moments. Lesson learned!
