Nothing But Problems
Thank you to Simnons for NOT having an adequate delivery service or customer service. I purchased this bag weeks ago and it has been MIA. I wrote two emails and had 4 phone calls...waiting at least 24 in between so I could hear a response. I literally was just given a run around and no response. They put the responsibility on me to follow up. Where is the bag? It's 100 % with the delivery provider. But for some reason they aren't responding...and I am out $500 until Simons can figure it out. Horrible.
