I had ordered two belts
I had ordered two belts online and it arrived within 2 days! Unfortunately, both belts were too big for me. I checked online again to see if they came in smaller sizes and if it was available in the store here. Luckily they did come in smaller sizes, but it showed limited stock. I called Customer Service and asked if they would be able to confirm they had them in stock. The agent (I didn't catch her name) was very accommodating and said she would call back. She did call shortly after and said they have both belt in the smaller sizes and would I like to have them put aside, so I can exchange the belts. Which I did because I really love these belts. I am so impressed with the Customer Service department, they are very professional and provided great service, I would 100% recommend shopping at Simons!
