Crafted from satiny fabric over strong elastic and designed in Los Angeles, these hair ties are intended for everyday styling, sleep protection, and creating heatless curls, particularly for curly or textured hair. Product Insights
The Kitsch Flower Satiny Scrunchies Set of 3 offers a budget-friendly satin alternative that protects curls by reducing friction and retaining moisture, making it popular for overnight pineappling and heatless curl styling. However, its hold varies significantly by hair type: while it works well for curly, medium to thick hair, it often slips out of fine or thinner hair, and some users report durability issues. At roughly $3.33 each, it costs a third of Slip silk scrunchies and is machine-washable, but the trade-off is that it may require the user to choose a larger size or accept a looser hold for very fine or long hair.

User recommends Kitsch satin scrunchies for sleep and daytime use
Second kitsch satin scrunchies. I use the smaller ones in the day and the massive pillow scrunchies to pineapple my hair underneath my bonnet

Quality comparison between Kitsch and Dollar Tree pillow scrunchies
I own both. I got the Kitsch one as a gift after I'd purchased the DT version. I will say the Kitsch one is better quality -- the filling is much softer and the satin fabric is nicer, overall a better quality product which I would hope it would be costing significantly more than than the DT counterpart. But DT's version is not bad at all.

User reports Kitsch scrunchies falling apart and hard to keep in hair
I hate the Kitsch ones too! I got some online of both the regular width and the skinnies, and they both kept falling out and were falling apart quickly. The skinnies were rougher, but they both were low quality.
