Vivienne Westwood bracelet value and alternatives
While certainly bearing great affection for the brand (My ex did PR for Agent Provacateur) it is fair to say that this bracelet is fairly priced for what it is -- the vast majority of what you pay is brand equity in VW. I would expect a comparable VW bracelet in sterling to retail for 4x-5x. NOW, if you want a lovely sterling bracelet and do not want to pay the designer premium I think you could find a comparable bracelet in 925 sterling on Etsy. Look both at "vintage" and "handmade" which tend to be different kinds of seller.
