Ultra Thin Foot Liners
These ultra thin foot liners from Hue are low-cut, no-show socks made from a stretch cotton blend. They feature light terry loop padding under the foot for comfort and silicone bands at the heel for a secure hold. Reddit users report excellent heel grip but note that the liners stretch out after a few washes, requiring replacement.

Product Insights
The Hue Ultra Thin Foot Liners combine a breathable 96% cotton knit with light terry padding for cushioning and moisture-wicking, offering an ultra-low cut that works with sneakers, most pumps, and loafers, but the silicone heel grip and spandex fit degrade without air-drying, and the cut may still show in very low ballet flats.
Verified claims
- Heel grip
- Silicone heel band stays tacky, but the low-cut liner fabric stretches, causing it to slip after a few washes.
- Fit
- Cut lower than thicker Hue liner; best for ballet flats and dressy loafers, but very low-cut flats may show a sliver.
- Comfort
- Ultra-thin 96%-cotton knit provides breathability; terry padding reduces friction to prevent blisters.
- Durability
- Air-drying and cold-water washing preserve the silicone grip and spandex fit; the spandex can degrade without these steps.
- Air drying
- Air-drying adds months to the spandex's lifespan and maintains silicone grip.
- Breathability
- 96% cotton body breathes better than synthetic liners
- Cushioning
- Light terry padding wicks moisture and cushions the sole
- Shoe style compatibility
- Works with sneakers and most pumps; may peek in very low-cut ballet flats.
- Color discretion
- Beige/greige is more discreet than black in open-style shoes.
- Coverage
- Ultra-low cut may not hide in very low ballet flats; thicker 4-pack offers full coverage.

Ça fait à la perfection et il s'on juste de la bonne matière
Parfait!
Un protège-pied qui tient bien, ne se retrouve pas roulé sous le pied et qui est quand-même discret.

Très confortable et dure longtemps
Best I’ve tried!
Love these, have already purchased more and will get a few extra sets. Because they’re mostly cotton, they don’t make my feet sweat like the other nylon ones I’ve tried. These are the only liners I’ve used that actually stay on my heel all day and don’t bunch in my shoes! The terry on the bottom is very comfortable and they don’t show above my shoes. These liners go very low by the edge of my toes so I can wear most styles of shoes with them.

Comfy & practical
I’ve been using these liners for years and love them. They’re snug but not tight around the top and cut low at the sides. My feet get hot easily and the cotton content is breathable.
True no-show socks
These socks stay in place. The slightly higher back keeps them in place, but out of sight. Very comfortable. Nice material.

Confortable, tiennent bien.

Défaut de couture
En les mettant pour la première fois, j’ai constaté qu’un des chaussons avait un trou. La couture était défaillante. J’ai dû reprendre la couture.

Hue liners prevent heel slipping but stretch out quickly
I have always had the same problem. I tend to stick with Hue brand for liners that don't fall off my heel: http://www.hue.com/socks/liners.htm They do seem to stretch out after a few washings though so I have to replace them fairly often. They work great though and no slip down the heel.
