Perfect short trench
Oh I finally hit the jackpot on this one! Size down! I have a full length trench from banana Rep. in this colour, however was wanting a shorter version for different wardrobe options, and a slightly more casual look. Still elevated enough to dress up, but easily thrown over a white T & denim & out the door. Voila! I have tried several various cropped trench coats and found them too short however, this hits just perfectly at the hip and give enough coverage that you can wear a sweater or sweatshirt underneath no problem without it hanging out at the bottom. The bell style sleeves are so cute, and it's lined. So chic! This jacket feels way more expensive than it is. I am 5' 6. 25" and 135 pounds, athletic build for reference. 51 years young and loves a classic casual but elevated style. Typically, I size up to a medium in jackets so I have room for layers, however I had to return the medium and re-order a size small as the medium was way too big but the small is absolutely perfect with plenty of room to wear a sweater underneath but still looks great with a T-shirt. Perfectly oversized. You have no idea how many short trench coats I have tried, bought/returned before I finally found this winner. Also, Simons online ordering is a breeze, and returns/refunds are smooth. Excellent customer service.
