not for wide feet
i got these online, they came and they're gorgeous, stylish , well made but not for wide feet. The back where the heel goes and the front are narrow. I can easily fit hunter's or other brands , these are made narrow unfortunately so back they went.

Strong criticism of Barbour wellies as overpriced and poorly made
Barbour shoes and Wellies - like Hunter - have a very poor reputation for quality. Barbour don't make wellies. They buy cheaply made wellies from some sweatshop in China and put a Barbour label on them and sell them for about 20 times their production cost to people who's only metric for wellies performance is whether they have a Barbour label on them. Aigle, Goodyear, Muck boot, Dirt boot, Dunlop - they make good wellies.

Multiple pairs of Barbour Nimbus boots fail due to heel counter issues
I bought a pair of Nimbus boots. The inner counter heel fell apart pretty quickly. Contacted CS, they sent a replacement that had the same exact issue. I gave up on them. I’ll bring ‘em both to a local cobbler to see what can be done. For reference, I’ve just checked my husband’s pair and they are in same condition as mine are. So: 3 pairs, none held up.
