Nike Stride 2-in-1 shorts quality decline in 2024
I think Nike screwed up the 2-in-1 stride. They changed the materials and cut, the circa 2020 drifit Flex Stride were really great but in 2024 the Nike stride were just a completely different short which would fall off on runs.

User switched from Nike 2-in-1 due to fit change and prefers other brands
I wore several pairs of Nike 2 in 1 shorts for many years until they were falling apart but when I tried them again like 6 years later the fit was a bit different and they longer worked for me. I have pretty large quads, definitely not a skinny runner type build. The Lululemon ones also fit well but the storage isn't as good. The rabbit 2 in 1 I have are also really good and have gel storage on the hips. Those are my go to for marathons but for basically everything else I prefer chubbies.

Nike One 2-in-1 shorts have limited phone pocket but are generally liked
The Nike 2-in-1s are on sale right now for about $38. They are advertised as 3 inch inseam, but (on me) fit around the length of my other 4” shorts.
