Expensive price for a terrible bra
This bra is not supportive and the material is not soft or comfortable. The bra is flimsy and seems cheap. I returned it.

Positive review highlighting softness, adjustability, and durability
I got AnaOno bras for my lumpectomy. I really like them--they're soft, offer good compression, and don't cut into my incision. I also like that they close in the front. Mine have 3 vertical rows of hooks and eyes so I can adjust the size. I needed the largest size when I left the hospital and for a while after that; then I went down to the medium size. IIRC, I wore them 24/7 for about a month post-surgery. I'm more than a year out from my lumpectomy, and I still wear them. They've held up very well.

Recommendation for small cup/large band: adjustable front closure with multiple clasps
Maybe check out AnaOno. I wore their front closure bra post SMX recovery and it has 4 clasps so you can adjust, which might help with the band size needs. They’re a little pricey, but I have three of them now that I rotate and have worn one everyday since my surgery over a year ago, so definitely getting my cost per wear.

Endorsement of AnaOno Rora bra for comfort and insurance coverage
Also check out AnaOno. They are post-op specialists and have bras for every chest type. I got their Rora front closing bra and as someone who stopped wearing bras several years before my diagnosis, it was very comfortable especially for sleep. And even after prolonged wear (24/7 for weeks as instructed) it didn’t even smell. They take insurance too.

Negative experience: side pain from the band
I bought one of the AnaOno bras and did not like it-- the band somehow hurt my side. I think it may have had to do with the drain placement or lymph node biopsy?
