Le livreur Intelcom n’as pas livré le colis. Je suis en attente d’un retour de Simons qui enquête sur le sujet depuis 5 jours ouvrables. C’était pour un cadeau de Noël. J’ai dû prendre l’initiative de commander à nouveau, avec livraison en magasin. Je ferai 1h30 de route pour aller le chercher. Pas le service à la clientèle auquel je suis habituée de la part de Simons.
