The water reservoir’s sensor seems to be a bit fiddly, that’s something they’ll probably fix. Same with the carafe presence sensor, although perhaps not as bad.\n\nThe carafe does not hold heat as well as it could, it’s not horrible, but it could be significantly better with proper vacuum walls. I wouldn’t be surprised if they release a better carafe, perhaps even offer it as an upgrade. They do have other products that fill the role if you’re using manual brew, but an improved carafe would be a huge upgrade.\n\nI haven’t tried Fellow Drops yet, but the Aiden makes excellent coffee with the fancy beans I buy. It’s head and tails better than the Ratio 8 I was using, and so far hasn’t broken, which is also better than the Ratio 8. Despite the shortcomings I recommend it if you want good coffee without much
